I broke/lost an item, what should I do?

First and foremost, please be honest; accidents happen, things get misplaced – you’re not the first. Unfortunately we will have to charge you; either for replacement or repair – whichever costs less. If an item has been lost, we’ll charge you the replacement cost; if in the future you find the item, bring it back and we’ll refund the charge.
