Winter Hours - Appointments Preferred

The winter is cold and quiet here at All Events, so you'll usually find us out back at the linen press, which is loud and hot. It's best to call ahead if you can so we can be sure to have someone ready to assist you. Or better yet, schedule an appointment! Official hours are Monday-Friday from 10am to 4pm, Closed Saturdays and Sundays. But if it's especially cold or quiet, we might just stay home. I broke/lost an item, what should I do?

First and foremost, please be honest; accidents happen, things get misplaced – you’re not the first. Unfortunately we will have to charge you; either for replacement or repair – whichever costs less. If an item has been lost, we’ll charge you the replacement cost; if in the future you find the item, bring it back and we’ll refund the charge.
