Welcome... ...to our Policies Page. Here you will find a short list of our major corporate policies pertaining to rentals and renters. RESERVATIONS A non-refundable, non-transferable down-payment equal to half the rental fee is due at the time the order is placed to reserve the items.
CANCELLATIONS Reservations can be cancelled by the customer at any time. However, down-payments will not be refunded on any items cancelled.
BALANCE DUE With the exception of customer's with an open account status, the balance of the reservation is due on or before the day of delivery or pick-up by customer.
RATES All prices quoted are single-use rates unless otherwise specified. Special arrangements must be made if the equipment is to be used for more than one event, or for an extended period of time.
SAFETY DEPOSITS Safety Deposits are required on some rental equipment. The amount varies by the type of item and the size of the order. Safety Deposits will be refunded upon return of equipment, with all pieces included, properly cleaned and in good working order.
DELIVERY AND PICK-UP Delivery and pick-up will be to the ground level of buildings and easily accessible yards. There is an additional charge for upstairs, downstairs, distance handling, and deliveries outside the normal delivery area. Call for current delivery and pick-up rates.
DAMAGES/CLEANING CHARGES Special containers are provided for china, silver, glassware, etc. All items should be cleaned and repackaged in the same containers as received. Customer will be charged for dirty, broken, damaged and missing items and/or containers.
EXTRA LABOR Our regular service does not include the set-up or knock-down of tables, chairs, or any other rental items. This can be arranged at additional cost.
AFTER HOURS LABOR After hours delivery/pick-up and other labor is available for early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays. The additional charge for these services is based on the scheduling of, and inconvenience to, the requested crew.
LINEN AND SKIRTING Table linens must be dry and free of food waste. Please return skirting on their original hangers. Charges will be made for missing and damaged linens. |
